Important note: We would like to offer you more options to pay easily and flexibly in the GANJAR shop. Unfortunately, large payment providers such as PayPal (including Klarna, Amazon, Stripe, etc.) exclude us from working together with their terms and conditions. We would therefore be very happy if you support us with your purchase by transfer or online banking!

When paying in advance, please use the order number as the intended purpose. Your order will only be sent after the money has been received on our account.

Shipping

We will ship your order within 72 hours of purchase. We are not liable for any delays caused by third parties (e.g. delivery service providers, customs, …).

If the delivery takes place in non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for the details before ordering.
