Which GANJAR is the right one for me?
If you want to store your cannabis under best conditions, we recommend GANJAR S with Boveda Humidity Pads 58%. For the fermentation of freshly harvested cannabis you should choose GANJAR F with hygrometer and Boveda Humidity Pads 62%.
How do I use the GANJAR?
GANJAR is perfectly equipped for fermentation and storage of your cannabis. Use the enclosed Boveda Humidity Pads 58% for storage. One pad is enough to keep your cannabis fresh for a long time. After you have attached the clip under the lid, you can insert the Boveda Humidity Pad there. Here we explain how you can ferment with the GANJAR F.
What should I pay attention to when using GANJAR?
Be careful not to hold the ganjar upside down or the glass may fall out. Don’t forget to close the window to prevent light from reaching your cannabis. Every now and then test whether your humidity pads are still active and ventilate or shake the contents regularly to prevent moisture pockets and mold.
How long can the Boveda Humidity Pads be used?
If the pads are always in the closed GANJAR, a pad lasts for approx. 6 months. Feel it regularly: if the pad is still soft and “gel-like” on touch, it is still active. As soon as it feels like there are pebbles in it, you should replace the pad. You can of course get more supplies here in our shop.
How to clean the GANJAR?
In our experience, the aluminum casing is dishwasher-safe. To be on the safe side, however, we recommend hand washing, as with the jar and lid.

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation by email. The dispatch takes place shortly afterwards.
How can I pay?
We would like to offer you more options to pay easily and flexibly in the GANJAR shop. Unfortunately, large payment providers such as PayPal (including Klarna, Amazon, Facebook, Ebay, etc.) exclude us from working together with their terms and conditions because we are associated with “illegal substances”. We would therefore be very happy if you supported us with your purchase by bank transfer or conveniently via online banking!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of confirming the order via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Shipping & returns
How long does the delivery take?
Due to the current Covid 19 situation, our current delivery time is between 3 and 6 working days. We usually ship your order within 24 hours of purchase to speed up the delivery process. We are not liable for any delays caused by third parties (e.g. delivery service providers, customs, …).
Can I change the delivery address?
If you want to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering at email@example.com. Our customer service will check your order and confirm it as soon as possible.
Your delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
Can I return my item?
If you do not like the GANJAR or your order shows qualitative defects, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enter your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send you further instructions.
